Arcane Les Arrangés Banana Flambé

Arcane Arrange Banane is made with rum from Mauritius, produced at Gray's distillery. It recreates the gourmet taste of banana flambée, a dessert that pairs well with rum. This creation is best enjoyed frozen to allow the sweetness to rhyme with the freshness.

Sugarcane offers an incredible wealth of delicate and fresh aromas that are very difficult to preserve after the distillation and aging process. Arcane Rum is always made by distilling pure cane juice.

Mauritius has been known for over two centuries as one of the best countries in the world for sugar cane and rum production. The balance between climate, relief and soil character is simply ideal! From the coast to the mountains, long green shoots of sugar cane encroach on the landscape.

The nose of this rum liquers has all the hallmarks of banana candy and emerges from the glass with a freshness and intensity that are quite striking. The Haribo-style banana is bright and colourful, then takes on savoury hues reminiscent of harlequin candy.

The taste is very round and supple, with a green but sweet banana that inevitably reminds us of melted candy. There are also hints of powdered sugar and strawberry candy, as well as a tangy tutti-frutti mix.
