Description
Yushan Single Malt Whisky Bourbon Cask is a Taiwanese whisky from the Nantou distillery, distilled using a Scottish Forsyth still. It matures in ex-bourbon casks, which impart a delicate spicy flavor with notes of black pepper, fruit, cinnamon, and vanilla.
It is named after the highest mountain in Taiwan, standing at 3952 m above sea level. We recommend serving it slightly chilled with ice cubes, and surprisingly, it also works well in various cocktails.
No added colors or chill filtration. The bottle comes in a very nice minimalist gift box.
