Description
Whiskey, the word for "liquid gold", whose production in the world dates back to the fourth century of the last millennium. The golden drink smelling of vanilla and cream, with a slight hint of bourbon, matures in the north of Slovakia in the village of Hniezdne, in barrels of rare white oak. The Nestville Distillery distillery in the village of Hniezdne near Stará Ľubovňa continues the long history of alcohol production in Slovakia. Thanks to its technology enabling up to 7-wheel distillation and filtration, the distillery is one of the most modern in the world. The company employs more than 60 people and produces more than 30,000 liters of pure alcohol per day. The produced high-quality alcohol is used not only for its own consumption, but up to 70% of the total volume is intended for export, and renowned foreign producers also use it in the production of their own spirits. The unique water / rich in Ca, Mg, Fe /, gives Nestville whiskey an unmistakable taste and originality. The taste can be changed by aging in oak barrels, by smoky malt, but only water is specific in that its composition gives the whiskey a unique taste and stability that cannot be changed.
