Yellowstone Single Malt Whiskey

Yellowstone Single Malt Whiskey is an American bourbon whiskey that was launched in March 2023. It is produced at Limestone Branch Distillery Co. in Kentucky. It was distilled and aged in Indiana and aged for 4 years.

The first whiff of the whiskey brings warmth, creating a fairly strong wave of ethanol. As it subsides, the aroma begins to develop, revealing layers of fruity scents, starting with delicate, sweet pear and a livelier note of ripe apricots.

The warmth from the aroma gives way to an immediate rush of pears, which blend with a bolder essence of stone fruit. This is further sweetened with velvety caramel. The whiskey boasts a medium body that fills the palate with a certain richness that does not overwhelm, resulting in a pleasant drink.

Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 54 % and a volume of 0.7 l.
