Description
Včelovina Špeciál is a Slovak premium mead, that combines carefully processed three types of honey with a special aging method. Its character is richer, rounder, and more elegant, with a subtle touch of oak wood that enhances the depth and deliciousness of the resulting flavor.
The profile features beeswax, fine chocolate, vanilla, and dried fruit. The taste is full, smooth, and harmonious, with a pleasant honey sweetness and a lightly woody undertone that sets it apart from classic meads.
Včelovina Špeciál shines when enjoyed calmly, paired with desserts, nuts, soft cheese, or as a festive mead specialty. It is best served slightly chilled to fully develop its honey aroma, silky texture, and gently vanilla-oaky finish.
