Abroad, this style is often referred to as natural or traditional mead, as it primarily relies on the pure expression of honey, fermentation, and aging without significant fruity or spicy intervention.
The taste is gentle, delicious, and harmoniously honeyed. The profile features nectar sweetness, pure honey base, subtle caramel, and a hint of beeswax, which together create a pleasantly rounded and smooth impression.
Honeycraft Classic Mead is suitable for leisurely enjoyment, with desserts, or as an unconventional aperitif. It shines when chilled, but in cooler weather, it can also be pleasantly enjoyed slightly warmed.
