Honeycraft Medovina Ríbezľová

Honeycraft Blackcurrant Mead is a Slovak fruit mead made from high-quality Slovak honey with added blackcurrant juice. It belongs to the Honeycraft range, which offers authentic meads produced by fermenting Slovak honey according to traditional recipes.

Blackcurrants give the mead a fresh fruity character, a light acidity, and a more pronounced berry tone. The honey base remains delicate and smooth, but thanks to the blackcurrant juice, the resulting flavor feels livelier, juicier, and less heavy than in classic pure honey meads.

Honeycraft Blackcurrant Mead shines when well chilled as an aperitif, a sweet dessert drink, or as a fruity base for mixed drinks. It pairs well with fruit desserts, chocolate, soft cheeses, or for light summer serving.
