Tres Sombreros Añejo Tequila
Thomas Henry Grapefruit pairs perfectly with this product. Mix yourself one of the world’s most famous cocktails – the refreshing Paloma.
Classic Añejo Mexican tequila. It is made only from the hearts of the blue weber agave plant. Most tequilas contain only 20% hearts and 80% of the whole plant. Agave is harvested in the Altos de Jalisco region, which is the best for this plant. The soil is well-drained with a high iron content. Agave is harvested from 6 to 10-year-old plants. Finally, it ages for several months in American white oak barrels.
Harvesting, baking in stone ovens, juice extraction, fermentation with natural yeasts, distillation, and aging are strictly controlled and carried out in a traditional manner.
