This flavor-rich rum aged in bourbon casks for over 4 years in the tropical conditions of the island of Jamaica and then for almost a whole year in the temperate climate of Europe. This two-phase aging is typical for the Transcontinental Rum Line brand and mimics historical voyages and the transportation of rum from the New World to the Old Continent.
