Toison is a Slovak craft gin, meticulously overseen by the Master Distiller. It is produced by macerating juniper berries, flowers, and herbs with grain spirit in a top-quality Holstein distillation apparatus. The gin then rests in antique stoneware vessels from former Czechoslovakia. Its smoothness, lightness, and refined flavors, combined with exceptional strength, place Toison among premium gins.
Its name cleverly conceals a reference to its Slovak origin symbolized by sheep's fleece (from fr. TOISON), which is also reflected in the details of the bell-shaped bottle. It is truly a very high-quality and tasty Slovak gin.
The bottle comes in a very nice gold-and-white gift packaging.
