Description

Miniature of the Slovak craft gin Toison, carefully overseen by the Master Distiller. It is made by macerating juniper berries, flowers, and herbs with grain spirit in a top-quality Holstein distillation apparatus. The gin then rests in antique stoneware vessels from former Czechoslovakia.

Its name cleverly conceals a reference to Slovak origin symbolized by the sheep's fleece (from fr. TOISON), which is also reflected in the details of the bell-shaped bottle. This is truly a very high-quality and tasty Slovak gin. Smoothness, lightness, refined flavors, yet exceptional strength place Toison among premium gins.
