It ages for five years in American oak bourbon barrels, in the tropical climate of Barbados, which gives it a subtle sweetness, depth, and an elegant spicy character.

The aroma features notes of vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, nuts, and gentle oak. The taste is smooth, rounded, and complex – with hints of honey, caramel, roasted coconut, dried figs, and a touch of spice with a subtle dryness.
