The Irishman Founder's Reserve Discontinued

Founders Reserve is a unique aged Irish Pot Still whiskey. It is an original blend created by founder Bernard Walsh. It is a blend of two styles, single malt whiskey and pure pot still whiskey (Single Pot Still) in a ratio of 70% single malt whiskey and 30% Single Pot Still. This is unusual because it is the only Irish blended whiskey that contains 100% pot still whiskey and 0% grain whiskey or whiskey made in column stills, making it tastier.

Founders Reserve is triple distilled and aged in bourbon casks. It has won a gold medal at the International Spirits Competition in London, is one of the highest-rated Irish whiskeys in Jim Murray's Whiskey Bible, where it scored 93 points, "Amazing blend," and most recently won gold at the "Whiskey Masters 2010" as the overall winner in the "Irish whiskey" category. Simply put, an amazing whiskey!

Aroma: Aromatic spices with hints of caramel, black pepper, cinnamon, and peaches. A gentle touch of vanilla with a suggestive flavor of green apple.
Taste: Pot still spices, malt, dark chocolate, bourbon, oak, and creamy caramel.
Finish: Endless finish with oak and butterscotch. Lingers on the palate for an eternity!
