Description
GlenAllachie was designed and created as a small, compact distillery. With complete gravity-fed whisky and unusual horizontal condensers, it was a triumph of engineering and design. Today, over 50 years later, it brings us GlenAllachie whisky aged 25 years, maturing in American and sherry casks. It is specially selected by master distiller Billy Walker and bottled as a 48% limited edition of 4,000 bottles.
Color: polished copper.
Aroma: baking spices, jam, and raisins balanced into complete harmony.
Taste: pronounced sultanas (raisins), pineapple, and dark chocolate, followed by layers of Christmas cake, jam, and sweet spices.
