The GlenAllachie 11 Year Old Pedro Ximénez Wood Finish

11-year-old Scottish Single Malt whisky The GlenAllachie 11-year-old Pedro Ximénez Wood Finish comes from the 3rd series of the Wood Finish Range. Master Distiller Billy Walker personally oversaw the distillation. It is produced in the Speyside area.

This excellent mahogany malt matures for 9 years in American oak barrels. Subsequently, it is filled for 2 years into ex-sherry Pedro Ximénez barrels, thanks to which the whisky got a sweet and fruity taste full of raisins, sherry and cinnamon.

Under Billy Walker's supervision, ex-sherry barrels are regularly inspected to ensure first-class quality and balance of influence. The whisky is then filled into bottles with an alcohol content of 48%. No added dye and cold filtration. This is a limited edition with a limited number of bottles!
