11-year-old Scottish Single Malt whisky The GlenAllachie 11 Year Old Pedro Ximénez Wood Finish comes from the 3rd series of the Wood Finish Range. The distillation was personally overseen by Master Distiller Billy Walker. It is produced in the Speyside region.

This excellent mahogany malt ages for 9 years in American oak casks. It is then filled for 2 years into ex-sherry Pedro Ximénez casks, which impart a sweet and fruity flavor full of raisins, sherry, and cinnamon.

Under the supervision of Billy Walker, the ex-sherry casks are regularly monitored to ensure top-notch quality and balance of influence. The whisky is then bottled at 48% alcohol content. No added coloring and no chill filtration. This is a limited edition with a limited number of bottles!
