Taste Caffé Vergnano 3 x 500g
Caffé Vergnano Anticabottega is a delicate and balanced coffee blend with medium intensity. Slowly roasted using a traditional medium-grade technique, which gives it lightness and delicacy without excessive bitterness or acidity.
It has a delicate, sweet and pleasant taste, with subtle notes of chocolate, nuts and caramel that are harmoniously intertwined – ideal even for more sensitive coffee drinkers. There are also hints of amaretto and sweet fruit and almonds.
The blend is mainly composed of Arabica from Latin America (90 – 92%) and Robusta from Africa and Asia (8 – 10%), which means that the resulting flavor is mild but with a slightly full body and lower caffeine content – suitable for all day enjoyment.
This coffee beans are carefully packaged in vacuum packaging (500 g), which preserves the aroma and freshness until the moment of use. Slow roasting creates a delicate crema, ideal for espresso, but also works well in cappuccino or latte, where its sweetness and delicacy can be appreciated even under the milk foam.
Caffè Vergnano, the oldest Italian roaster founded in 1882 by Domenico Vergnano, still belongs to the Vergnano family, which continues the tradition of four generations focused on quality and respect for Caffè Vergnano's raw materials. The coffee is roasted and packaged in Santena (Piedmont, Italy), where the company operates a modern production line while maintaining a traditional approach to bean selection and slow roasting.
