Spumante is made either by the traditional method (secondary fermentation in the bottle, similar to champagne and cava), or by the charmat method (fermentation in large stainless steel tanks). Spumante and Prosecco

We often encounter the term Prosecco Spumante, which is the most well-known type of this wine. While Prosecco Frizzante has a gentler effervescence, Prosecco Spumante offers a full sparkling experience and greater elegance.
