Sister Isles Moscatel Cask

Sister Isles Moscatel Cask is a premium dark rum that undergoes triple ageing, combining Caribbean tradition with European winemaking expertise.

It is first aged for more than 6 years on the islands of Saint Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean, where it acquires its basic character. It is then transferred to the Duero Valley in Spain, where it matures for 2 to 4 years in red wine barrels from Hacienda Zorita.

The final maturation takes place for approximately 6 months in sweet Moscatel wine barrels in Montilla, which gives the rum its unique flavour nuances.

This rum is distilled from molasses and bottled with an alcohol content of 45 %. Its exceptional flavour profile and complexity are the result of a careful ageing process and the selection of high-quality barrels.
