It is a rum spirit with a pleasant creamy texture and an intense aroma of caramel, to which is added the sweet and exotic taste of bananas.

Two distillation methods were used to produce it - Column still and then Pot still. The rum distillate of sugar cane molasses is treated and blended with spring water coming directly from the Alpine mountains. The spring and fresh water gives this young 'rum' its smoothness and freshness.
