Born from a unique heritage, the enduring connection of Royal Salute with polo inspires the foundation of this modern limited edition whisky collection. The Rio de Janeiro Polo Edition, the seventh in the series, captures the vibrant soul of Rio de Janeiro, the undeniable capital of Brazilian polo. Here, amidst the Helvetia polo fields and the energy of Rio's streets, this sport thrives with an unprecedented passion that reflects the exciting blend of skill, honor, and grace shared by both polo and the exceptional Royal Salute whiskies.

As a tribute to this iconic location, Sandy Hyslop, the master blender of Royal Salute, expertly crafted a 21-year-old blended malt whisky tailored with a rich fruity flavor that reflects the famous dynamic culture of Rio.

Part of this complex blend includes rare whisky from the Braeval distillery, which has matured in first-fill casks and offers fresh floral and grassy notes reminiscent of Rio's lush green landscape. Thanks to the harmonious collaboration with other malt whiskies aged in American oak casks, which bring sweet and creamy vanilla and coconut notes, the resulting blend is exceptionally smooth.

Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40% at 0.7 l and are presented in stylish designer gift cartons.
