As the first tequila in Mexico and the world, it uses water filtered with real Mexican silver. It ripens in controlled humidity to ensure stable and sustainable production.
Rooster Rojo Anejo tequila matured for at least 1 full year in American ex-bourbon oak barrels. It stands out for its rich taste and extraordinary smoothness. Each batch is blended to achieve a consistent and perfect flavor palette.
