Ron Cartavio Solera 12

Peruvian rum Cartavio Solera 12 is a traditional solera rum made in the haciende Captain Don Domingo de Cartavio. It was made with a great deal of patience and special care based on traditional practices and experiences inherited for generations.

The result is a harmonious mixture of 5 - 12 year old rums mixed and aged by the solera system used in renowned Spanish wineries in the city of Jerez, where the world-famous sherry is also matured. During this maturation and mixing, the rum acquired flavor undertones from Slovenian oak barrels, bourbon barrels, as well as the already mentioned sherry.
