Ron Cartavio Solera 12
Unconventional dark rum from Ron Cartavio, originating from Peru. If you've never tried rum from Peru, this warming delight should be a great introduction.
It was produced at the Captain Don Domingo de Cartavio hacienda, which is also how it got its name. It is a blend of several 5 to 12-year-old Peruvian rums, carefully and expertly mixed using the Solera method. This method is known from Spanish wineries in Jerez, where the world-famous sherry also matures.
The rum comes in a very nice gift packaging.
