Rodnik’s is a Spanish brand of absinthe and herbal liqueurs, which is among the most famous producers of this legendary drink in Europe. It is produced in the city of Reus, located in Catalonia and is a historical center for the production of vermouth and herbal distillates. It is here that the long-standing tradition of blending aromatic herbs was born, which Rodnik’s continues.

Rodnik’s absinthes are made by maceration and distillation of carefully selected herbs and spices, with the base being wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), green anise and fennel – the typical trio for true absinthe. The brand offers various versions, from the classic green absinthe to special editions with higher alcohol content or unconventional flavors.

Interestingly, Rodnik’s was one of the first producers to bring the drink back to the European market after absinthe was re-legalized in the 1990s. Thanks to its combination of tradition and modern technology, it has gained popularity among absinthe fans, bartenders, and collectors.
