Rodnik’s is a Spanish brand of absinthe and herbal liqueurs, which is among the most well-known producers of this legendary drink in Europe. It is produced in the city of Reus, located in Catalonia, which is a historical center for vermouth and herbal distillates production. It is here that a long-standing tradition of blending aromatic herbs originated, which Rodnik’s continues.

Rodnik’s absinths are made by macerating and distilling carefully selected herbs and spices, with the base consisting of wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), green anise, and fennel – a typical trio for true absinthe. The brand offers various versions from classic green absinthe to special editions with higher alcohol content or unconventional flavors.

Interestingly, Rodnik’s was one of the first producers to bring this drink back to the European market after the re-legalization of absinthe in the 1990s. Thanks to the combination of tradition and modern technology, it has gained popularity among absinthe enthusiasts, bartenders, and collectors.
