Rum Relicario Ron Dominicano Superior is truly a noble and intriguing drink. It ages using the solera method, which means it is not a distillate of a certain age, but a blend of individual distillates with varying aging periods. They age in different barrels and are then blended together. This is a sophisticated method that originates from Spain. It matures in ex-brandy and ex-sherry barrels. Ron Relicario is a blend of rums aged 5, 8, and 12 years.
