Rum Relicario Ron Dominicano Vermouth Finish is developed from Relicario Superior rum, which matures from 5 to 10 years in the Dominican Republic. However, what makes this rum truly unique is its finishing in vermouth casks. Aged for 6 months in American oak barrels in which Mancino Vermouth Vecchio was previously matured for 12 months. This method adds another layer of complexity to the rum, while giving it the characteristic notes of herbs and aromatic spices that are typical of vermouth. The result is a harmonious drink with a rich aroma and delicate nuances that range from sweet to herbal.
