Description
Cherry wine from Pereg is characterized by a deep dark ruby color and a pleasant aroma that captivates with its exceptional freshness. The intense and characteristic aroma of fresh cherries is intertwined with tones of small berry fruits, blackcurrant leaves, and cocoa.
The taste harmoniously plays with the aroma, filled with the flavor of ripe sweet cherries, complex and rich, with a velvety touch of dark chocolate in which tones of freshly roasted coffee gradually open up. The finish is rich, pleasantly sparkling and long thanks to its acidity.
This wine is best served at a temperature of 8 – 10 °C and is suitable for desserts.
