Pereg sour Cherry wine

Cherry Wine from Peregu is characterized by a deep dark ruby color and a pleasant aroma that captivates with its exceptional freshness. The intense and distinctive scent of fresh cherries is interwoven with notes of small berries, blackcurrant leaves, and cocoa.

The taste harmoniously plays with the aroma, filled with the flavor of ripe sweet cherries, complex and rich, with a velvety touch of bitter chocolate where notes of bitter chocolate and freshly roasted coffee gradually unfold. The finish is rich, pleasantly sparkling, and long due to its acidity.

This wine is best served at a temperature of 8 – 10 °C and pairs well with desserts.
