Navy Island XO Reserve Port Cask Finish is a blend of hand-selected Jamaican rums, traditionally distilled using the Pot Still method. The rums were aged in Tawny Port wine casks for 6 months.
The rum is a limited edition. The Navy Island brand releases a limited edition each year in which they rotate the barrels used to age the rums. This year, the result is typically Jamaican flavours and aromas complemented by darker notes of dried fruit, spice and natural sweetness.
The bottles were bottled at 46.4 % alcohol and come in a gift tube with a redesign.
