Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut 2025 is a limited edition of the prestigious German gin and the 15th release in the Distiller’s Cut series.
The base is the traditional recipe of the gin legend – 47 hand-selected botanicals from the Black Forest – enriched by a 48th special ingredient (the so-called species rara), which for the 2025 edition is hand-harvested Fleur de Sel from the pink salt marshes of Camargue in Southern France.
The addition of Fleur de Sel brings a subtle mineral accent and a touch of maritime freshness to the gin’s profile, echoing the sun-drenched salt fields and sea breeze.
The result is a piquant, elegant and dry gin with remarkable complexity: classic juniper, herbs and citrus of Monkey 47 acquire a new dimension thanks to the warmth of the sun, gentle salinity and a hint of the sea on the finish.
It is bottled in a 0,5 l format at 47 % ABV.
