Masia Salat Cava Organic Brut
This organic sparkling wine from the D.O. Cava region in Catalonia is a perfect example of traditional Cava production with an emphasis on ecological values. Masia Salat Cava Organic Brut is made from the native Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada varieties, with grapes sourced from the winery's own vineyards, where only natural organic fertilisers are used.
The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged for at least 14 months on the lees, which gives it depth and a delicate structure. It contains only 0,5 g/l of residual sugar, which underlines its freshness and purity.
It boasts a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections and fine bubbles.
