Masia Salat

Masia Salat is a brand of organic sparkling wines that represents traditional values and modern production methods in the Penedès region, known for its long tradition of Cava production. The wines are made exclusively from grapes grown without chemical fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides, with an emphasis on protecting the environment.

Masia Salat wines are produced by the Josep Masachs winery, which has its roots back in 1920. Founder Josep Masachs Llorach grew grapes in Vilafranca del Penedès, and his son began producing wine professionally in the 1950s. Today, the family business is run by the fourth generation, which combines family values with ecological and innovative approaches.
