Marsen Slivovica Premium

Marsen Slivovica Premium is a carefully crafted Slovak fruit distillate, distilled from selected plums, without the addition of artificial aromas or colors. The distillate is made in a traditional way at the Marsen distillery in Marcelová, where great attention is paid to the quality of raw materials and precise technological parameters during production.

The plums are fermented in stainless steel tanks without access to air at a controlled temperature after careful selection (often varieties like Čačanská raná) and are then subjected to triple distillation, resulting in a clear, smooth, and pure distillate.

The result is a 40% plum brandy, we recommend chilling it to an ideal temperature of 16 - 18 °C.

It has a crystal clear to slightly golden color. In the aroma, you will find a characteristic combination of sweet plums, spicy notes, and a subtle almond undertone, which is a remnant of the pit. The taste is full, harmonious, with a balanced blend of fruitiness, spice, and almonds, with a smooth finish without sharp roughness.
