Marsen Plum Brandy Premium

Marsen Plum Brandy Premium is a carefully produced Slovak fruit distillate, distilled from selected plums, without the addition of artificial flavours or colours. The distillate is produced using traditional methods at the Marsen distillery in Marcelová, where great emphasis is placed on the quality of the raw materials and precise technological parameters.

After careful selection (often varieties such as Čačanská raná), the plums are fermented in stainless steel tanks without air access at a controlled temperature and then subjected to triple distillation, resulting in a clear, smooth and pure distillate.

The result is a 40 % plum brandy, which we recommend cooling to an ideal temperature of 16 - 18°C before serving.

It has a crystal clear to slightly golden colour. The aroma offers a characteristic combination of sweet plums, spicy notes and a subtle almond undertone, which is a remnant of the stone. The taste is full and harmonious, with a balanced combination of fruitiness, spice and almonds, and a smooth finish without any sharpness.
