Maen 12 Year Old

Maen 12 Year Old is an elegant single malt whisky from Japan. It is distilled in a double copper pot still, aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks and then masterfully blended to complete the perfect circle.

A luxury, limited production whisky for connoisseurs, Maen 12 Year Old is best appreciated neat or on the rocks.

Maen translates to 'perfect circle', is made according to the guiding principles of Zen, in which a closed circle symbolizes perfection. According to this philosophy, once a circle is drawn, it does not change. Once whisky is made, it does not change. It bears witness to the character of its maker in a perfectly fluid, continuous period of time.

Maen is produced in an area of Japan where the purest spring water, the finest ingredients and a humid subtropical climate create the ideal environment for distilling and maturing Japanese whisky.

The bottles are bottled at 43 % ABV with a volume of 0,7 l and are supplied in gift boxes.
