Milk Chocolate Lyra Naša Milk - Strawberry, Cranberry is richly sprinkled with dried fruit, combining sweet flavor with creamy and slightly tart notes.
The main ingredient in chocolate production is high-quality cocoa beans. At Lyra, they use special Fino de Aroma cocoa beans for making chocolate, which are the best found on world plantations. They represent only five percent of global production, partly because this variety requires a manual approach from small farmers.
Cocoa beans Fino de Aroma used in Lyra are light and have a full, intense flavor with floral and fruity notes. They are exceptionally creamy, delicate, and interwoven with a tapestry of flavor nuances just like fine wine.
