Pronunciation: { La-bour-da-neis }Labourdonnais VSOP is a blend of 4 to 6-year-old rums aged in ex-cognac, ex-bourbon, and ex-whisky casks.

Sugar cane is harvested to produce fresh sugarcane juice. Fresh sugarcane juice is filtered to remove all fine fibers. Then yeast is added and maintained in the tank for 44 hours.
Once the desired yeast concentration is reached, part of the mixture is transferred to the fermentation tank and fresh juice is added. The fermentation process lasts for 35 hours.
The next step is distillation. The distillation column has a total of 39 chambers.
The desired distillate is collected in three different chambers. The lowest chamber contains heavy distillate, while the highest chamber contains lighter distillate.
The final product leaves the column, passes through the condenser, and is collected in 25,000-liter stainless steel tanks.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 42% with a volume of 0.7 L and are delivered in gift cartons.
