Description
Knob Creek is a bourbon produced in small quantities in the production of the Jim Beam brand, which is distilled in a more traditional style. It is named after the area in Kentucky where Abraham Lincoln grew up, and it is said that the creek almost claimed his life here as he swam.
The aroma is quite spicy and sweet. You will find hints of melted salted butter on a toast, as well as hints of a pleasant warmth of oak and a touch of rye with caramel sweetness. The taste is quite temperamental and full. Hints of cotton candy and walnut oil, a touch of pepper and dark chocolate, a little spice and burnt oak. The finish is long with a touch of dryness, walnut oils and vanilla pepper.

A new product has appeared on the Slovak market that is not afraid to go against the grain. Jon Rye Wanted is a brand new whiskey from St.Nicolaus Group a.s. that does not try to compete with Scottish or Irish legends with their history and myths.
