The brand Knob Creek was established in 1992 by Booker Noe, the grandson of the legendary Jim Beam. Knob Creek is an American whiskey, specifically a bourbon, which differs from other types of whiskey by having a high corn content in its composition (at least 51%). This gives it a natural sweetness. This bourbon ages for a minimum of 9 years and is bottled at 100 proof (50% alcohol).

Knob Creek Bourbon, a classic corn bourbon with a long tradition and distinct profile, and Knob Creek Rye, which focuses on a higher rye content instead of corn.
