Kilchoman Sauternes Single Cask Finish 2022

Kilchoman Sauternes Single Cask Finish is a limited edition Scotch whisky that was distilled and bottled on 31,01,2013. Aged 9 years and 7 months in an ex-wine Sauternes barrel. It was subsequently bottled on September 22, 2022 with 53 % alcohol content. It comes from the Scottish region of Islay. The phenol level is 50 ppm.

Sauternes is a French dessert wine known for its rich, sweet flavor with notes of figs, chocolate and grapes. The whisky has a natural color and is unfiltered by chill. It comes in a very nice red and gold gift box. We recommend enjoying it neat and without ice.
