Description
Slovak white dry wine with a protected designation of origin from the winery Juraj Zápražný. Grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon, vintage 2022, South Slovak wine region - Jasová.
The wine is made from red grapes but is still white. The method is called "Blanc de Noir," where the grape clusters are gently pressed whole to avoid releasing pigments from the skin. Its lighter body and pronounced fruitiness pair excellently with lighter vegetable-based dishes, fish, or white meat.
We recommend serving and storing at a temperature of 10 to 12 °C. The wine is vegan.
