Jura Seven Wood

Excellent and extremely special blended whisky Jura Seven Wood, which is a work of art of the master distiller. Thanks to the Forestry Commission, sawmills and cooperage in France, the Jura Distillery uses the best virgin French oak barrels to improve its whisky.

The layers of complexity and flavor come from a maturation journey that begins in ex-bourbon American white oak casks before a portion of the whiskey is split between 6 different virgin oak casks sourced from different regions of France. These were Limousin, Troncais, Allier, Vosges, Jupilles and Les Bertranges barrels.

The whisky is housed in a green-copper gift tin tube. We recommend serving with an ice cube.

Color: mahogany with orange-gold highlights
Aroma: pleasant, coffee, ginger, pepper, chocolate, cocoa
Taste: complex, wood, caramel, peach, licorice
Finish: long, candied orange, oak, cinnamon, figs
