Prepare a refreshing drink Jamaican Mule! It's a variation of the classic Moscow Mule, perfect for those who don't like vodka or just want to try something new.
You will need:
50 ml Chairmans Reserve Spiced rum
20 ml fresh lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup (made by boiling water and sugar)
Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
In a copper mug, thoroughly mix the rum, lime juice, and sugar syrup. Fill the mug with ice to the top and top off with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer. Garnish with mint, a lime slice, or a slice of ginger. Cheers!
