Island single malt whisky Port Askaig

Island single malts are Scotch whiskies produced on islands around the perimeter of the Scottish mainland. The islands are not recognised in the Scotch Whisky Regulations as a separate whisky-producing region but are considered part of the Highland region. Islay itself is recognised as a separate whisky producing region.
