Illy Classico ground coffee 250 g

Illy Classico ground coffee is an iconic blend of 100 % Arabica, ideal for offices, restaurants, and passionate fans of the brand.

The coffee comes from nine carefully selected regions in Brazil, Africa, India, Colombia, and Central America and is roasted in Trieste, Italy, in hermetic tin cans. This packaging method preserves the freshness, aroma, and oils in the coffee for up to two years from the date of roasting.

This variant offers a medium-intensity espresso with subtle sweet notes of caramel, chocolate and jasmine, with a distinct fruity undertone and a pleasant crema structure. Acidity and bitterness are low (2/10), sweetness is rated as high (approx. 8/10), resulting in a harmonious taste without sharp edges.

Illy Classico ground coffee 250 g is particularly suitable for espresso, but with the right adjustments it can also be used for mocha, filter or automatic coffee machines.

After opening the package, it is recommended to store in a dry, cool place away from direct light, ideally in a well-sealed container, as exposure to air quickly reduces the quality of ground coffee.
