Illy Classico Ground Coffee 250 g

Ground coffee Illy Classico is an iconic blend of 100% Arabica, ideal for offices, food service establishments, or passionate brand enthusiasts.

The coffee comes from nine carefully selected regions in Brazil, Africa, India, Colombia, and Central America and is roasted in Trieste, Italy, in hermetically sealed tin packaging. This packaging method preserves the freshness, aroma, and oils in the coffee for up to two years from the roasting date.

This variant offers a medium-intensity espresso with subtly sweet notes of caramel, chocolate, and jasmine, with a pronounced fruity undertone and a pleasant crema texture. Acidity and bitterness are low (2/10), sweetness rated as high (approx. 8/10), resulting in a harmonious flavor without sharp edges.

Illy Classico ground coffee 250 g is particularly suitable for espresso, but with the right preparations, it also works well for moka, filter, or automatic coffee machines.

Once the package is opened, it is recommended to store in a dry, cool place away from direct light, ideally in a well-sealed container – open air can relatively quickly reduce the quality of ground coffee.
