Pears are not harvested at full ripeness, but are allowed to ripen. They are processed only when they are the juiciest and sweetest. Alongside Slivovica, Hruškovica is the second most popular distillate, precisely because of its exceptional taste.
The delicious flavor of pears shines at 42% alcohol volume.
