Hinch Small Batch
Hinch Small Batch is an Irish premium blended whiskey made from a mix of single malt and single grain whiskey. Before blending, it aged 3 to 4 years in small first-fill ex-bourbon oak casks. These small casks imparted a pleasant caramel-fruity flavor and a beautiful amber color.
The Hinch distillery is located in County Down, right next to Ballynahinch, so you can see where they drew inspiration for the name. Finally, the whiskey is blended and hand-filled into bottles with cork stoppers.
The bottle has a very nice unusual shape with a blue and white label that creates a minimalist impression. We recommend serving it with one ice cube.
