Hinch

Hinch is a very young Irish distillery based in the County Down region near Ballynahinch, which she was inspired to create the name. It is built between green hills with ever dry weather.

It produces a very smooth but distinctive blended whiskey, with a bold taste. The range also includes gin, which is inspired by Irish mythology.

The distillery was built specifically to produce very specific styles of Irish whiskey. They use water from the Mourne Mountains to make the products.
