A delicious mixture with a very high malt content, produced by the Teeling Whiskey Company in very small quantities. It is quite interesting that due to the added spice, it also matured in rum barrels.
Aroma: Chopped grass and orange blossom. New spices, hints of vanilla, apple pie and blackberries.
Taste: Spicy, rich taste with jelly from rose petals and lemon cream. Creamy vanilla, hints of dried herbs and cinnamon.
Conclusion: Floral, herbal finish. Caramel on the tail.
Overall impression: Deliciously creamy, spicy and rich Irish blend.
