Teeling Small Batch

Teeling Small Batch is made from hand-selected casks of blended malt and grain whiskey.

It is first aged in ex-bourbon barrels to acquire a delicate vanilla sweetness, then "married" and finally matured in Central American rum barrels for 6 to 12 months.

This unusual secondary process gives the whiskey depth, a fruity-jammy profile, and subtle spice. It is bottled at 46 % ABV and without chill filtration, ensuring a full flavor experience.

The aroma and taste of the whiskey is floral and grainy, with hints of vanilla, rum raisins, and dried fruit, which continue into a creamy, spicy sweetness with a medium-long, spicy, and caramel-oak finish.

Teeling Small Batch is a versatile irish whiskey that can be enjoyed in many ways. It stands out neat or with a cube of ice, where its rum-fruit character and delicate vanilla sweetness come to the fore. It also works great in classic cocktails such as Old Fashioned or Whiskey Sour, where it adds a more exotic, spicy-fruity touch.

Thanks to secondary maturation in rum barrels, it is also ideal as a base for summer long drinks with tonic or ginger beer, where it refreshes while retaining its typical smoothness.
