Highland Baron 10-year-old Single Malt Whiskey is produced in the Scottish distillery Loch Lomond by mixing at least 10-year-old selected single maltas (single malt whiskeys) from the local Highland region.
This whiskey matured in American oak barrels, in bourbon barrels (including first-time filling, refilling and burning with fire).
The result is a beautifully balanced 10-year-old Scottish single malt whiskey with a characteristic taste profile for this "Highland whiskey region," in which you can smell fruit (Seville oranges, apricots and peaches), sweet ginger, creamy coconut, as well as a complex mouthfeel with a delicate spicy conclusion.
