Fresh and fruity pink champagne that is suitable for any occasion! Hamsik Champagne Brut Rosé is aged for an incredible 30 months in a cave.
EAN: 8588007410166
Code: NWBR7
Description

Excellent Italian pink champagne from the Hamsik Winery workshop. It is made of 30 % Chardonnay grapes, 35 % Pinot Noir and 55 % Pinot Meunier. It matures for an incredible 30 months in a cave.

The taste is neat and decent with tones of red berries. This champagne is fresh and fruity with a pleasant light aroma. The wine is salmon color. We recommend serving in a flute cup.

Champagne comes from the Appellation d'Origine Controlée (AOC), which covers some 34 000 hectares in France. The area is characterised by predominantly south-facing hills, with an average of 12 % of the slopes under vines.

It is a unique area with a continental climate and an average annual temperature of around 10,5°C, which allows the grapes to ripen slowly, from which the Champagne derives its freshness and liveliness.

The beginnings of Gordon & MacPhail (1895) The beginnings of the company Gordon & MacPhail date back to 1895, when co-owners James Gordon and John Alexander MacPhail opened a grocery store in Elgin, in the heart of Scotland's Speyside region.
